For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Schlegel 9.6.1959 VEB DKK Scharfenstein wird Produktion bis 1965 um das Sechsfache steigern Bis 1965 wird der VEB DKK Scharfenstein im Kreis Zschopau, der Kühlschränke herstellt, seine Produktion um das Sechsfache steigern. Allein die Produktion von Haushaltskühlschränken wird bis 1965 um das 7,5 fache gesteigert. 1963 wird der Betrieb eine neue Produktionsstätte erhalten, wo nur Haushaltskühlschränke hergestellt werden. In Zukunft sollen nur noch Typen von Haushaltskühlschränken zu 60 Liter, 100 Liter und 160 Liter hergestellt werden. Ausserdem wird der Betrieb verschiedene Typen von Gewerbekühlschränken für Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Gaststätten usw. herstellen. Die Montage der Kühlschränke soll in Zukunft nur auf Fertigungsstraßen erfolgen. UBz. Die beiden Fertigungsstrassen für den 60 Liter Haushaltskühlschrank. Auf der rechten Strasse werden Haushaltskühlschränke zum Einbauen in Küchen hergestellt.
