Einer sozialistischen Forschungsgemeinschaft gehören fünf Angehörige der technischen Intelligenz und wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter des volkseigenen Stickstoffwerkes "Otto Buchwitz" in Glauchau an. - Das Kollektiv hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, einen ihrem Betrieb von der VVB Chemiefaser und Polychemie erteilten Forschungsauftrag nicht, - wie geplant - bis 1963, sondern ein Jahr früher zu realisieren. Dieser Forschungsauftrag hat das Ziel, ein produktionsreifes Verfahren zur Herstellung des sogenannten unendlichen Spinnbändchens aus Zellwolle zu entwickeln. Das bedeutet, den hergestellten Zellwollfaden von der Maschine unmittelbar auf Spulen zu übertragen. In den Spinnereien kämen dadurch alle Vorbereitungsarbeiten, die noch notwendig sind, in Wegfall. Das auf Spulen angelieferte Rohmaterial kann dann unverzüglich der eigentlichen Verarbeitung an den Ringspinnmaschinen zugeführt werden. UBz.
