For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Aussage, Vilem Bufka Zentralbild Brüggmann 12.7.1963 Hauptverhandlung gegen Globke fortgesetzt. Der 1. Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR setzte am 12. Juli die Hauptverhandlung gegen Globke fort. Im Mittelpunkt steht am 5. Verhandlungstag der Komplex der unter maßgeblicher Mithilfe des Angeklagten von den Faschisten begangenen Germanisierungsverbrechen. Dazu sagte einte Reihe von Zeugen des In- und Auslandes aus. UBz: Der Zeuge Vilem Bufka (links) aus der CSSR verließ 1939 sein okkupiertes Vaterland und schloß sich in England Fliegereinheiten an, um gegen den Faschismus zu kämpfen. Beim Feindflug über Wilhelmshaven abgeschossen, bekam er bei 'Verhören durch die Gestapo die Auswirkungen der von Globke erdachten juristischen Schandkonstruktionen über "Protektoratsangehörigkeit" am eigenen Leibe zu spüren. Rechts: der Dolmetsscher.
