For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Blick in eine Werkstatt für Mähdrescher Zentralbild Lehmann 18.1.1965 Mähdrescherreparatur im Taktverfahren In der Fließmethode werden in der Zentralwerkstatt dessen im Bezik Cottbus Mähdrescher für die Getreideernte 1965 generalüberholt.Täglich verläßt ein reparierter Mähdrescher die Werkstatt, in der diese landwirtschaftlichen Großmaschinen in sechs Hauptakten und fünf Nebenakten demontiert, repariert und wieder montiert werden. Bis zum Beginn der Ernte werden in dieser Werkstatt noch 179 Mähdrescher überholt. Unser Bild gewährt einen Blick in die Zentralwerkstatt.
