Zentralbild Link 13.7.1970 Reise nach Wismar Wismar-alte Hansestadt mit gotischen Kirchen, engen Gassen und anmutigen Giebelhäusern-heute mit Überseehafen, modernen Industrieanlagen und der zweitgrößten Werft der DDR. Es lohnt sich, diese typisch norddeutsche Stadt an der Ostsee zu besuchen, ihre unaufdringliche Schönheit zu bewundern und ihre Kontraste zu entdecken. Reizvoll ist der Blick aus dem Fenster eines alten Bürgerhauses am Markt auf eines der schönsten und typischsten Gebäude der Stadt, den Alten Schweden. Der gotische Treppengiebel, mit Pfeilern und Lichtöffnungen verziert, und die glasierten Steine schmücken seine Fassade besonders. 1380 wurde es als Wohnhaus eines reichen Kaufmanns am Marktplatz Wismars erbaut. Als Reminidenz an Wismars Schwedenzeit von 1648-1803 erhielt das Haus vor etwa 90 Jahren, als man dort ein Restaurant einrichtete, seinen heutigen Namen. |
