ADN-ZB Gahlbeck 2.2.76 eng-Leipzig: "Wer will fleißige Handwerker seh’n?" Die Malerbrigade Scholz gehört mit zu den zuverlässigsten Kollektiven im Modernierungskomplex Leipzig-Leutzsch. Wie hier so leisten viele Baubrigaden in der Republik durch die Werterhaltung und Rekonstruktion von Altbausubstanz einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erfüllung des Wohnungsbauprogramms. Im Leipziger Westen sollen sich durch Badeinbau, umgestaltete Hinterhöfe und großzügig rekonstruierte Wohnungen bis 1980 für über 850 Familien bessere Wohnverhältnisse ergeben. Im Republiksmaßstab werden es 200.000 (200000) sein, für die sich auf diese Art das Wohnungsproblem lösen wird.
