English: Circular, silver-plated, with brass bust of Queen Victoria in profile facing left, above which is blue enamel swag inscribed "In Commemoration." In blue enamel boxes on bottom right and bottom left of swag, are the inscribed dates "1837" and "1897." Box lid, which displays enameled inscriptions, hinged on back. Striker on bottom.
