Funzione

Il modello rappresenta una bombarda multipla ad uso navale

Modalità d'uso
Questo modello è pensato per essere posizionato sul ponte di una nave: dodici cannoni di modeste dimensioni, probabilmente già a retrocarica, sono montati simmetricamente su una piattaforma girevole e possono essere azionati da una persona sola. Le bomabrde sono disposte radialmente in modo da consentire il tiro simultaneo in opposizione, in modo tale che il rinculo successivo agli spari fosse riequilibrato e la nave non subisse pericolosi movimenti translatori e oscillatori. La presenza di più bombarde permetteva inoltre tiri in rapida successione
