Description
Español: En la zona de La Providencia, en 1915, Juan Bilotto comienza la explotación de una cantera con el nombre de Nueva Cantera Olavarría, siendo la primera en incorporar un malacate a motor para traccionar a las vagonetas cargadas de piedras, reemplazando en la tarea a los equinos.
English: In the area of La Providencia, Juan Bilotto started the exploitation of a quarry with the name of Nueva Cantera Olavarría, in 1915, being the first to incorporate a motor winch to pull the wagons loaded with stones, replacing the equines in the task.
