Français : Diagnostic : Hémorragie avec inondation ventriculaire. Histoire : Homme de 67 ans. Description macroscopie : Les vaisseaux de la base du cerveau présentent des segments jaunâtres (plaques athéromateuses). Le cerveau (poids 1400 gr) montre, à la coupe, une inondation ventriculaire gauche et droite. Le processus hémorragique détruit toute la capsule interne gauche. la protubérance présente à gauche un foyer hémorragique d'environ 10 mm, en communication avec le 4ième ventricule qui est également rempli de sang. Année du prélèvement : 1954.
