Charleston, SC. 116 Broad Street. Gov. John Rutledge House, a/k/a Mayor Goodwyn Rhett House, was constructed in 18th century with the massive ornate cast ironwork added by the mid-19th century. Note gates appear to be intact when this photo was taken. 116 Broad Street, Charleston, SC. Photo taken circa 1935.
