棒球在香港是一項幾乎不存在的運動，一個嶄新的球場和一位具魅力的新教練，為一群精力充沛的小伙子帶來希望。這隊野球男在球場外的感情生活，穿插在激烈的球賽間，構成了他們與別不同的青春歲月。 從台北隻身而來的“大帥哥”戴教練，邂逅聰明而美麗的離島少女阿平，在得悉妹妹同樣愛上他後，阿平竟因愛妹情切而主動提議三人行。阿聰是港隊的首席投手, 和捕手阿忠是共同進退的拍檔兼好友。比阿聰年少的阿俊有意挑戰先發投手的位置，令阿忠非常不滿。胸襟廣闊的阿聰毫無保留地幫助阿俊練球，此舉不但令阿俊佩服，更吸引了他的女友移情別戀。連番失戀的阿俊對阿聰的好感郤越來越強烈… 兩年一度的“亞洲盃”棒球大賽，從未有過好成績的港隊狀態大勇，連敗強敵，只要在最後一場輕取最弱的斯里闌卡，就可以奪得冠軍，創造歷史。當勝利在望之時…, |
