English: Cofiwch Dryweryn / Remember Tryweryn Bu'r murarwydd hwn yn nodwedd i deithwyr o'r Gogledd i'r De ers degawdau, ac yn cofnodi boddi Cwn Tryweryn yn ystod y 1960au. 'Roedd y neges gwreiddiol ar gefndir di-baent, ond cafodd ei ddiwygio i ddarllen "anghofiwch Tryweryn". Cafodd ei ail-baentio yn ddiweddar gyda chefndir coch.
This graffito has been a landmark for travellers from North to South Wales for decades, and serves as a reminder to the flooding of the Tryweryn Valley in the 1960s. The original message was against an unpainted background, but was amended to read "don't remember Tryweryn". It has recently been repainted with a red background. |
