'Schildering ter gelegenheid van het 40-jarig jubileum van de viering van Onafhankelijkheidsdag'
Schildering langs de Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat bij het Nationaal Monument (Monas) in Jakarta ter gelegenheid van de 40-jarige onafhankelijkheidsviering. De rechterkant van het bord herinnert aan de "Sumpah Pemuda", de "Eed der Jongeren" die plaatsvond op 28 oktober 1928. Afgebeeld op de linkerkant, maar niet zichtbaar op deze dia, zijn onder meer leden van Boedi Oetomo, de in 1908 opgerichte eerste nationalistische vereniging in Indonesië (zie dia 20019401).
