Description
Español: Placa conmemorativa de la Conferencia internacional sobre Marruecos celebrada en Algeciras en 1906 y situada en la actualidad en el Museo Municipal de la localidad.

En la parte superior de la placa figuran los escudos de las trece naciones participantes en la Conferencia y en la parte inferior el escudo de la ciudad de Algeciras, sede del acto.

El texto reza:
«Reinando en España S.M. Alfonso XII
 y siendo Presidente del Consejo de Ministros el Exmo Señor D. Segismundo
 Moret y Prendergast, se celebró en este Salón la Conferencia internacional sobre
 Marruecos la cual se inauguró el 16 de Enero de 1906 y terminó el 7 de Abril del mismo año.
 A ella concurrieron los Delegados de las naciones siguientes:

ALEMANIA. Exmos Señores de Radowitz
 y Conde de Zattenbach.
 GRAN BRETAÑA. Exmo Señor Sir Arthur Nicolson.
 AUSTRIA. Exmos Señores Conde Redolph de Welzers-
 heimb y Bolesta-Koziebrodzki.
 ITALIA. Exmos Señores Marqués
Visconti-Venosta y D. Giulio Malmusi.
 BÉLGICA. Exmos Señores Barón Joostens
y Conde Conrad de Buisseret.
 MARRUECOS. Exmo Señor Sidi Mohamed ben Larbi
Torres y por Sid Mohamed el Mokri.
 ESPAÑA. Exmos Señores Duque de Almodovar
 del Rio y D.J. Perez Caballero.
 PAISES BAJOS. Exmo Señor Jonkheer H. Testa.

Bajo la presidencia del Exmo Señor Duque de Almodóvar del Rio, Ministro de Estado de España.
 El Ayuntamiento de Algeciras del cual es Alcalde Presidente el Señor D. Emilio Santacana Mensayas,
 reconocido por el alto honor de haber sido esta Ciudad la designada para la celebración de una Conferencia
 de importancia universal, acordó en sesión de 9 de Marzo de 1906, colocar aquí esta placa conmemorativa

de este hecho histórico y para que su recuerdo perdure en la memoria de generaciones futuras.»
