English: Gating of RyR1 along the Ion Pathway The viewer's perspective moves along the 4-fold axis of the RyR1, going from the cytoplasmic domains towards the SR lumen. The conformational changes are shown for the cytosolic constriction, the inner branches, the ion gate, the inner helices, and the pore helices.
