Description
Français : Diagrammes de nombre de codons, cga et cgg, en fonction du contenu en GC (%GC) du génome d'une bactérie. Comparaison entre les diagrammes DRNA et PDNA de 39 bactéries ( dont 2 cyanobactéries pmh et synd). Le nombre de codons des DRNA (ici Dna) est celui d'un lot moyen de 6 555 acides aminés des mêmes 6 enzymes intervenant dans la synthèse des ARN et ADN: dnaE, polA, rpoB, rpoC, EC 6.1.1.4 et EC 6.1.1.5. Le nombre de codons des PDNA est celui d'un lot moyen de 6 391 acides aminés d' enzymes intervenant dans le métabolisme central à petits substrats. Les codons PDNA (ici Prot) sont ramenés par rapport à 6 555. Les noms des bactéries en 3 ou 4 lettres sont ceux de la base de données KEGG. La séquence du gène de la protéine est celle de KEGG obtenue avec le code orthologique de KEGG KO.
