Crozant (Creuse).
Les plus anciennes parties semblent remonter à la fin du 12e siècle, en particulier le portail ouest. Les 7 modillons sculptés au dessus de la porte représentaient les 7 péchés capitaux. Les imposants contreforts d'angles permettent d'équilibrer la poussée d'ogive. Un important contrefort contient l'escalier à vis qui mène au clocher. Sur la façade nord, une porte murée menait peut-être au prieuré contigu. Trois ouvertures sous le toit sont également murées. L'église a été restaurée aux XVe et XVIe siècles. |
