DAPI (blue) was used to counterstain the nuclei
Español: Células transfectadas establemente con el gen SM1 con la proteína SMN (en rojo) marcada usando anticuerpos monoclonales y también para fibrilarina (en verde). Se utiliza DAPI (en azul) para dar contraste al núcleo. Especulo que han utilizado permeabilización doble.
