This file is in the public domain because the "Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, regularizando, aclarando y armonizando las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia" states: "Artículo 13. Exclusiones. No son objeto de propiedad intelectual las disposiciones legales o reglamentarias y sus correspondientes proyectos, las resoluciones de los órganos jurisdiccionales y los actos, acuerdos, deliberaciones y dictámenes de los organismos públicos, así como las traducciones oficiales de todos los textos anteriores."
