English: Daffs time, Warrington Lane, Wigan Many of the Borough's local Councillors have used their "Brighter Borough" budgets to pay for the planting of hundreds of thousands of daffodil bulbs on verges and open spaces along the main roads of the town. The building showing over the roof of the store in the middle is the former Police HQ for Wigan, and now awaits its fate. |
