| Description |
A black hole without any infrastructure for the troops of the antiaircraft defense. This shelter for 20 soldiers was built during the second world war in the rock above fort «Furggels». It has two armored doorways, but no direct connection with the fortress. And it's pitch dark in there. The picture was taken with bulb exposure of 8 seconds and light painting with a high performance LED lamp. On the ceiling there are many thin stalactites. St. Margrethenberg, Switzerland, Nov 25, 2011. June 17, 2012: The doors are closed now and the cave is no longer accessible for the public. |
