Description
English: Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets from Virginia Beach, Va., try to stop a spray of water while training in a damage control wet trainer at the Submarine Learning Facility in Norfolk, Va., on Dec. 7, 2009. The trainer is designed to help submariners prepare for deployments by simulating flooding in a controlled environment.
