  • Significance: The bridge is a double span, reinforced concrete, through arch bridge. Designed by Consulting Engineer Gustav A. Fink and built in 1916-17 by John L. Elder under contract to Johnstown, the bridge carries Horner Street over Stony Creek River in Johnstown. An early, well-preserved example of a reinforced concrete "Rainbow" through arch bridge.
