  • Significance: This building's architectural and historical significance is derived from its contribution to the North Lake Ivanhoe Historic District, which is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. The North Lake Ivanhoe Historic District is significant in the area of Community Planning and Development based on the construction that occurred from the 1920s through the post-War World II era, and in the area of Architecture, as it contains one of the largest concentrations of modest, middle-class homes constructed between the 1920s and 1950s. This Masonry Vernacular residence is representative of the larger collection of residential architecture in the North Lake Ivanhoe Historic District.
