White paper with typed black text

Mr. Kittridge A. Wing, Superintendent United States Department of the Interior Gettysburg National Military Park Gettysburg, Pennsylvania 17325 Dear Mr. Wing: I wish to thank you for forwarding the M and M invoice and notices and to take advantage of this opportunity to thank you for the fine consideration and courtesy shown to my wife and self on our stay at Gettysburg. Also the cooperation you and your associates gave us in erecting the Monument and arranging the dedication ceremonies. I suppose by this time the Memorial must have been seen by many and I do hope that it is a contribution to a great Battlefield of distinguished beauty. If I remember correctly I spoke to you of a young man now coming out of Military Service who has ambitions to be a Ranger. Is there some information that you or someone else could send to me which I might pass on to this young man. Please remember me to Mr. Conway who was so helpful in so many ways and thank him for the newspaper enclosures. With warmest personal regards. Sincerely, Donald DeLue
