Description
Norsk bokmål: Fra mai til september 1944 deltok 18 norske gutter i et dykkerkurs i Saltsjøbaden ved Stockholm. Når krigen er slutt skal de delta i gjenoppbyggingen av norske kai-anlegg og rensningen av farleder. Bildet viser: Dykkeren vinker farvell til gutta om bord. August 1944.

Norsk bokmål: Kopiert fra Riksarkivets Flickr-album «16. Dykkerkurs», fotografier valgt ut fra «NTBs krigsarkiv - bilder av nordmenn i Sverige under 2. verdenskrig»:
«Forberedelser til utfordringer i det frie Norge stod stadig på dagsordenen. En av de viktige oppgavene var å klargjøre Norges havner og kyststrøk for normal ferdsel i fredstid. Fra mai til september 1944 deltok derfor 18 norske gutter i et dykkerkurs i Saltsjöbaden ved Stockholm for å dyktiggjøre seg til slik innsats.»
