English: Representative movies of dynamin2-depleted cells expressing either GFP-WT-dyn2 or GFP-dyn2-K5E5, as indicated. Data were collected at the ventral plasma membrane using total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy every 2 s; playback is 40X real-time.
