Description
Deutsch: Die Grafik zeigt die Einkommensteuertarifreform 1989/1990, mit der erstmals ein durchgehend linear-progressiver Tarif eingeführt wurde. Der sogenannte "Mittelstandsbauch" wurde damit beseitigt. Die der Grafik zugrunde liegenden Berechnungsformeln für die Jahre 1989 und 1990 wurden dem Steuerrechner des Bundesfinanzministeriums entnommen.
