Description
Deutsch: Die Dampflokomotive ÖBB 598.01 (kkStB Yv.1, BBÖ Yv.1) als Denkmal unterhalb des Bahnviadukts in der niederösterreichischen Marktgemeinde Eichgraben.
Die Schmalspurlokomotive wurde von dem Ingenieur Karl Gölsdorf konstruiert und von der Lokomotivfabrik Krauss & Comp. Linz gebaut (mit zwei weiteren baugleichen). Geordert wurde sie anlässlich des Baues der Ybbstalbahn, deren erstes Teilstück 1896 eröffnet wurde: [1].
