Description
English: "Entergy Cat Second Line", New Orleans.

Last month a stay cat wandered in to the wrong part of an Entergy electric substation, knocking out power for thousands of New Orleanians.

So last night, that was the excuse for the "Entergy Cat Second Line" parade in the Marigny & Bywater neighborhoods.
