Notes
  • Significance: Both the 1780 survey of St. John and the Oxholm map of St. John published in 1800 show a building on the site of the existing great house. The present building incorporates several late additions from this century. The date of construction of the older masonry structure has not been determined. Cornice and other architectural details imply an early 19th century date.
  • Survey number: HABS VI-159
