Bangladesh FETP fellow Dr. Samsad Rabbani Khan conducts a physical examination of a patient during an encephalitis cluster investigation on May 30, 2014 at Chittagong Medical College Hospital. A field investigation identified epidemiological links and exposures, and laboratory results confirmed the cause of the outbreak to be the Japanese Encephalitis (JE) virus.
