Description

FBI Director James B. Comey provides remarks on civil rights and law enforcement at the historic 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama on May 25, 2016. Comey's speech was part of a two-day conference co-sponsored by the FBI and the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute. The conference theme "Race and Law Enforcement: It's More Than Just Black and White" expands on previous lessons and discussions from conferences of years past.
