English: Norfork, AR, March 26, 2008 -- Members of a Preliminary Damage Assessment team walk across a lawn towards a damaged home. The team is comprised of (from left to right) ther Baxter County Emergency Manager; a Small Business Administration (SBA) loss verifier; the Town of Norfolk Fire Chief; a FEMA Individuals Assistance inspector and a SBA loan officer. They are looking at damages caused by a severe storm system that swept across Arkansas in mid-March, dropping as much as a foot of rain in a two day period in some areas.
