Description
English: New Hartford, IA, June 24, 2008 -- Parkersburg resident Kiley Winterberg drove his truck to nearby New Hartford's only car wash when he heard it was "open again" after being forced to close by the June 9 flood. Parkersburg was demolished by a tornado on May 25, and it will be some time before they get their own car wash opened. Photo by Greg Henshall / FEMA
