Description
English: Cedar Rapids, IA, August 6, 2008 -- Jim Mosner and Dick Otto, Mission Managers for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, check progress on the school administration buildings being installed on the grounds of Kingston Stadium. FEMA asked the Corp to install thirty-five modular units by the middle of August for the Linn County Board of Education, which lost the use of its building in the June flood.
