English: Texas City, TX, May 17, 2010 -- Construction crews work on rebuilding the road on the Texas City dike. FEMA is providing 90% of the estimated $5.2 million dollars needed to repair the 5 mile-long fishing pier, which is the longest man-made pier of its kind.
