  • Postkarte zur Erinnerung an ein Kraft durch Freude (KdF) Festival, das vom 20. bis 23. Juli 1939 in Hamburg stattfand. Die Veranstaltung war stark von nationalsozialistischer Propaganda geprägt und wurde von prominenten Parteiführern besucht, darunter Hermann Göring und Robert Ley.
    • Das Foto zeigt eine der Fahnengruppen des Festzugs: Die Fahnenträger sind in theatralische Heroldskostüme gekleidet, die mit Hakenkreuzen geschmückt sind. Sie tragen prächtige Hakenkreuzflaggen, die mit Hakenkreuzen an der Spitze der Fahnenstangen versehen sind.

  • Postcard released in connection with a Kraft durch Freude (KdF) festival held in Hamburg, Germany from July 20 to July 23, 1939. The event was heavily infused with Nazi propaganda and was attended by prominent party leaders, including Hermann Göring and Robert Ley. Thousands of people attended the big parade in front of the townhall presenting groups from several European countries and German participants in costumes and with propaganda cars (parade floats) decorated with swastikas.

The national assemblies of KdF was a series of annual events during the 1930s to promote the Nazi party's ideology of the superiority of the Aryan race, the importance of national unity and identity, and of loyalty to Hitler.
