Description
Português: Esquema apresentando a organização estrutural da RNA pol I e os fatores basais para o funcionamento normal da transcrição. A linha azul é uma fita de DNA que possui o sítio de inicio, contendo as regiões promotoras e os complexos de iniciação para a transcrição, composto por três proteínas (UBF, TIF-IB e TIF-IA). A linha vermelha representa as regiões de término da transcrição, com o complexo de término da transcrição composto pela TTF-1 e PTRF. O RNA recém sitentizado está representado pela linha preta.
