Para isto, fatores de transcrição irão atuar de forma organizada, gerando a abertura da dupla fita de DNA na região promotora, criando um sítio para a ação da RNA pol II e dos fatores de alongamento. A RNA pol II irá exercer sua ação até chegar a uma região pré-determinada, denominada região de término da transcrição. |
