Русский: Жилой комплекс «Филатов Луг» в Картмазове (поселение Московский Новомосковского округа), на Киевском шоссе (близ развязки с трассой Солнцево – Бутово – Варшавское шоссе). Строительство началось в 2017 году, и тогда планировалось всё завершить к концу 2019 года. Но, как всегда, что-то пошло не так. Многоэтажки в зоне полётов аэропорта "Внуково" препятствовали работе аэродромных РЛС, и по требованию Росавиации суд приостановил строительство. Позже "стройкомплекс" привлёк тяжёлую артиллерию и отразил наезд в областном суде. К 2020 году коробки были построены ... а срок сдачи перенесен на 2 квартал 2021.[1][2]
English: Construction of this highrise ghetto in Moscow, near the Vnukovo airport, was terminated by court order because the buildings obstructed airport radar operation. The builder engaged their own "heavy artillery" and reversed the decision in upper-level court. Instead of 2019, the buildings were largely completed in 2020, when this photo was taken. Commissioning is delayed to summer of 2021, the buildings remain empty. |
