Русский: Кормовой флаг морских и речных судов Осоавиахима утвержден Постановлением СНК СССР от 18 июля 1940 года (постановление № 1290; Сб. постановлений и распоряжений СМ СССР 1949 г., № 21, ст. 517)
Кормовой флаг для всех судов Осоавиахима представляет собой полотнище синего цвета с белой горизонтальной полосой посредине, шириной в1/3ширины флага. В центре флага изображен якорь черного цвета, на веретене которого изображена пятиконечная звезда красного цвета.
