Description
Español: Bandera del municipio de El Retorno (Guaviare).

"BLANCO: Simboliza la Paz y tranquilidad que imperaba en la Región que hoy día a pesar que el Problema Socio Político del país a un es un Municipio de los pocos que se vive en paz, aunque condicionada. VERDE: Simboliza la esperanza, el gran mar de riqueza forestal y ecológico que en contraste con la inmensa paz que reina, ofrecieron al colono tierra fértil para los cultivos de pancoger que requerían las familias que venían de diferentes departamentos, por lo tanto diferentes costumbres y culturas. AZUL: Simboliza las tranquilas aguas que conforman los diferentes arroyos, caños y ríos que riegan las praderas y pastizales y proporciona un medio de transporte. El SOL: Como símbolo de vida y calor humano a la ves que el color amarillo simboliza la riqueza mineral aún por descubrir. Autor: Maria Adelina Torres Rey."
