«Прямоугольное полотнище зелёного цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее у древка жёлтую вертикальную полосу, составляющую 1/4 длины полотнища, с изображением вверху старинной зелёной княжеской шапки с чёрной опушкой и жёлтым украшением („городком“) с зелёным самоцветным камнем; на основной зелёной части полотнища изображена композиция фигур из муниципального герба — два жёлтых хлебных колоса положенные накрест с вертикальным, поверх них, белым с жёлтым кольцом ключом, обращённым двойной бородкой вниз, ниже которых — красная горизонтальная полоса, несущая три горизонтально вытянутых жёлтых сквозных ромба и имеющая белые каёмки, общей шириной в 1/4 ширины полотнища (соотношение ширины каёмок и полосы 1:4:1), отстоящая от нижнего края полотнища на 1/10 его ширины».

Внесён в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации с присвоением регистрационного номера 8487.
