Русский: Флаг Судебного департамента при Верховном Суде Российской Федерации

Флаг Судебного департамента при Верховном Суде Российской Федерации представляет собой тёмно-зелёное прямоугольное полотнище с Государственным флагом Российской Федерации в крыже.

В правой половине полотнища, ближе к нижнему краю, располагается геральдический знак — эмблема Судебного департамента при Верховном Суде Российской Федерации. Отношение ширины флага к его длине — один к полутора. Отношение площади крыжи к площади флага — один к четырём. Отношение высоты эмблемы к ширине флага — один к двум.
