POLARIS POINT, Guam (oct. 26, 2012) The Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723) departs from alongside the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40). Frank Cable conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
