Description

Maj. Gen. John K. Davoren, commander of the 35th Infantry Division, and Command Sgt. Maj. Miguel Rivera, senior noncommissioned officer of the 1st Infantry Division-rear, lead a procession to the burial site of former President Dwight D. Eisenhower Oct. 13 during a wreath laying ceremony at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum in Abilene, Kan. Ceremony attendees and participants included 1st Infantry Division Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, members of the Eisenhower family, museum staff, Salina American Legion Riders Chapter 62, and Kansas veterans.
