Description
English: Th1 but not Th17 cells lyse astrocytes. GFP-positive astrocytes were co-cultured with Th1 or Th17 cells for 48 h in the presence of isotype control antibody. Cells were tracked every 30 minutes by fluorescent time-lapse microscopy.
