Professional aspect of the subject—courses of study, methodsand equipment for teaching in the schools of Georgia. 1st and 2ndperiods. 2. Foods and Cookery. Fee $1. This course consists of laboratorywork in the preparation of vegetables, fruits, salads, pastry, cakes,frozen deserts, and in the preparation of meals. 4th and 5th periods. 3. Advanced Cookery, Fee $1. This course will be offered pro-vided a sufficient number of students desire it. Only those will beeligible who have credit for previous work in Foods and Cookeryin the Summer School or in a normal school or college. Hours tobe arranged. 7th and 8th periods. 4. Sewing. Fee 50 cents. The aims of this course are: 1. Toteach the fundamental principles involved in hand and machinesewing. 2. To make such articles as will show the various processes
